Account – Registration & Profile

Visit gologame.ws/register and fill in the three-step registration form. You will need your full name, a Pakistani mobile number (+92), an email address, and your date of birth. The whole process takes under 60 seconds. Once done, verify your mobile number with the OTP we send, log in, and you are ready to make your first PKR deposit.

The minimum age to register and play at gologame is 18 years. This is a firm rule — no exceptions. Age is verified at registration via your date of birth and again during the KYC process before your first withdrawal. Accounts found to belong to anyone under 18 will be immediately closed and all deposited funds returned.

No. Each person is permitted exactly one gologame account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether in your own name or someone else's — is a breach of our Terms and Conditions. All duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited. If you have forgotten your login details, use the "Forgot password?" function on the login page rather than creating a new account.

KYC at gologame is required before your first withdrawal. You will need a clear photo or scan of your CNIC (both sides) and confirmation of your payment method ownership — for example, a screenshot showing your Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet is registered to your name. KYC is a one-time process and typically completes within a few hours of submission. You can continue playing freely while KYC is pending.

Go to Account Settings after logging in and navigate to the Personal Details section. You can update your email address there directly. To change your registered mobile number — which is a more sensitive change tied to your 2FA and payment verification — contact our support team at support@gologame.ws. For security reasons, mobile number changes require identity verification before processing.

To permanently close your gologame account, contact our support team at support@gologame.ws with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Before closing, make sure you have withdrawn any remaining PKR balance. Once closed, the account cannot be reopened, and the mobile number and email address used may not be re-registered. If you are closing your account because of concerns about your gaming habits, please also consider the self-exclusion options available on our Responsible Gaming page.

On the gologame login page, click "Forgot password?" beneath the password field. Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number or email address. We will send a reset OTP or link within seconds. Follow the instructions to set a new password. If you do not receive the message within 2 minutes, check that your mobile number is entered without the country code (just the 10 digits starting with 3) and try again. Still stuck? All deposits are processed and credited in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees of any kind — your Rs 1,000 deposit shows up as Rs 1,000 in your gologame wallet.

The minimum deposit at gologame is Rs 100 for most payment methods. To qualify for the welcome bonus, your first deposit must be Rs 500 or more. There is no imposed maximum deposit limit on standard accounts — you set your own limit within your account's responsible gaming settings if you wish to cap your daily or monthly deposits.

Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are credited to your gologame wallet within seconds in almost all cases. IBFT bank transfers typically take 5 to 30 minutes depending on your bank's processing speed. Card deposits (Visa/Mastercard) usually clear within 1 to 5 minutes. No. gologame does not charge any fees on deposits. The full amount you send arrives in your gologame wallet. Note that your payment provider — Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank — may apply their own transaction fees on their side, but gologame receives and credits the full amount transferred regardless.

Log in to your gologame account, go to the Deposit section, and select Easypaisa as your payment method. You will see a gologame Easypaisa number and a reference code. Open your Easypaisa app, go to Send Money, enter the gologame number, the amount in PKR, and use the reference code in the description field. The deposit appears in your gologame wallet within seconds of the Easypaisa transfer confirming. The process for JazzCash is identical — just select JazzCash instead and use the JazzCash account number provided.

Yes. From your Account Settings, navigate to the Responsible Gaming section and you can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in PKR. These take effect immediately. Once set, the limit cannot be increased for 24 hours — a deliberate cooling-off period. Decreasing a limit takes effect immediately. We strongly recommend setting deposit limits, particularly if you are new to gologame and want to keep your spending structured from the start.

First, check your Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank transaction history to confirm the payment was successfully sent from your side. If it shows as completed but has not appeared in your gologame wallet after 30 minutes, contact our support team at support@gologame.ws or via live chat. Provide your registered mobile number, the approximate amount in PKR, the payment method used, and the transaction reference number. Our team will trace the deposit and manually credit it if confirmed sent.

Withdrawals – Getting Your PKR Winnings Out

The minimum withdrawal at gologame is Rs 200. There is no arbitrary maximum on standard withdrawals — large withdrawal requests may take slightly longer to process as they go through an additional verification step, but they are not restricted. All withdrawals are paid in PKR directly to your chosen Pakistani payment method.

Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash wallets are typically processed within 30 minutes during business hours and within 1 to 2 hours outside business hours. IBFT withdrawals to Pakistani bank accounts usually take 1 to 4 hours. Your very first withdrawal takes slightly longer — typically under 24 hours — as it goes through the one-time KYC verification process. After that, subsequent withdrawals to the same verified method are faster.

You can withdraw to any Pakistani payment method that you have used to deposit and that has passed verification — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, or any Pakistani bank account via IBFT. gologame does not support withdrawals to Visa/Mastercard cards due to Pakistani banking regulations, but all wallet and bank transfer methods are available. You can only withdraw to methods registered in your own name.

No. gologame does not charge any withdrawal fees. The full amount you request is transferred to your payment method. Your bank or wallet provider may apply their own incoming transfer fees, but gologame sends the full amount without deduction.

The most common reasons for a withdrawal delay or decline at gologame are: KYC verification not yet completed, active bonus wagering requirements not yet fulfilled, or a mismatch between your registered name and the payment method name. Check your account notification centre for a specific reason. If you believe the decline is in error, contact support at support@gologame.ws with your registered mobile number and the withdrawal reference number.

Before your first withdrawal from gologame, you need to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. This requires a clear photo of your CNIC (both sides) and evidence that your payment method is registered to your name. Submit these through Account Settings → Verification. Most KYC submissions are reviewed and approved within a few hours. You will receive an SMS and email notification once approved. Andar Bahar is a traditional Pakistani and South Asian card game that has been popular for generations. A single card is drawn as the "joker" card. Cards are then dealt alternately to two sides — Andar (inside) and Bahar (outside). If your free bet wins, the winnings (excluding the stake amount) are credited to your real PKR balance and are withdrawable subject to any stated minimum wagering requirements. Bonus funds at gologame expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the bonus terms — typically 7 to 30 days depending on the offer. If your bonus has disappeared, it has most likely expired. Toggle it on, confirm your registered +92 mobile number is correct, and enter the OTP sent to activate it. Act immediately. If you can still log in, change your password via Account Settings → Security and enable 2FA if it is not already active. A cooling-off period is a short temporary suspension of your gologame account — available in durations of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days.
