GoloGame Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to gologame. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and gologame ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the gologame website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use any gologame service. These Terms apply to all users of the platform including registered members, visitors, and any person who accesses gologame content in Pakistan or from any other location.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and gologame. Where any conflict arises between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To open an account at gologame, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. gologame does not permit minors to register or use the platform under any circumstances. Age verification is conducted during registration and may be requested again at any time.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as a business entity, agent, or on behalf of another person.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information including your full name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid mobile number. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• You must not already hold an active gologame account. Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.
• You must not be self-excluded from gologame or from any related platform under a self-exclusion agreement currently in force.

gologame reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. These may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address, and verification of your payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Responsibilities

Your gologame account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. Specifically:

• You must keep your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials secure and confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members.
• You must notify gologame immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation by contacting our support team at support@gologame.ws.
• You are responsible for all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested from your account, regardless of whether they were made by you personally, unless you have reported an unauthorised access incident and gologame has confirmed receipt of that report.
• You must keep your contact information up to date. gologame will send account notifications, verification codes, and important communications to the mobile number and email address registered to your account. You are responsible for ensuring these details remain accurate.

4 Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on gologame are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion and no foreign exchange fees applied to deposits or withdrawals. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• Easypaisa – mobile wallet transfer
• JazzCash – mobile wallet transfer
• NayaPay – digital wallet
• SadaPay – digital wallet
• IBFT Bank Transfer – interbank funds transfer from any Pakistani bank
• Visa / Mastercard – debit or credit card issued by a Pakistani bank

The minimum deposit at gologame is Rs 100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher-tier VIP accounts may have customised deposit arrangements. Deposits are credited to your gologame wallet instantly in most cases. Processing times for IBFT transfers may take up to one business hour depending on the issuing bank.

All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in your own name and must match the identity information on your gologame account. gologame does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Any attempt to deposit using someone else's payment method will result in the transaction being reversed and the account being reviewed.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your gologame account are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification and account standing. The key withdrawal rules are as follows:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 30 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. IBFT transfers may take up to one business day.
• VIP members at Gold tier and above receive priority withdrawal processing. Platinum members receive 15-minute processing and Diamond members receive instant settlement.
• Withdrawals are subject to a daily withdrawal limit that corresponds to your VIP tier, ranging from Rs 50,000 at Bronze level to unlimited at Diamond.
• Before processing your first withdrawal, gologame will conduct a standard KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC and evidence of ownership of your payment method. This is a one-time process for most accounts.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the specific rollover requirements attached to the bonus before becoming withdrawable. Please review bonus terms carefully before using bonus credits.
• gologame reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing in cases where fraud screening, account verification, or a dispute investigation is ongoing. We will communicate any delay to the affected account holder.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed at gologame are subject to the sport-specific and game-specific rules published on the relevant product pages. The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where an in-play cash-out option is available and exercised by you before the market closes.
• gologame reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where an error in the odds was made due to a technical fault or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned in full to your wallet.
• Where a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, gologame's event-specific settlement rules apply. In most cases, if a cricket match is abandoned with no official result, all bets are voided and stakes returned.
• Duplicate bets: placing identical bets from multiple accounts, whether individually or in coordination with others, to exploit odds discrepancies is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension.
• The minimum single bet stake at gologame is Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
• gologame reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout on any bet or market at its sole discretion, including for accounts where unusual betting patterns have been identified.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

gologame offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses at gologame:

• Rollover requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The rollover multiplier and qualifying bet types are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet rollover requirements within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Minimum odds: Many sports betting bonuses require qualifying bets to be placed at minimum odds (e.g., decimal odds of 1.70 or higher). Bets placed at odds below the minimum stated threshold will not contribute to rollover requirements.
• One bonus at a time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Depositing during an active bonus period may affect the status of the existing bonus — check the terms of each offer before depositing.
• Welcome bonus: The first-deposit welcome bonus is available to new gologame accounts only. Players who have previously held a gologame account, regardless of whether that account was closed, are not eligible for the welcome bonus.
• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and may lead to permanent account closure.
• Expiry: All bonus credits and free bets have an expiry date. Unused bonuses are automatically removed from accounts after expiry. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

10 Responsible Gaming

gologame is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide tools to help all players maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are available to every registered account and can be accessed from the account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss limits: Define a maximum net loss threshold over any rolling period. Once the threshold is reached, further play is suspended until the period resets.
• Session time reminders: Choose a session duration after which gologame will alert you and prompt you to take a break.
• Self-exclusion: Request a break from gologame for a period of your choosing, ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to log in or deposit. Your VIP points and tier status are preserved.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the gologame platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game designs, interface layouts, software, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of gologame or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any gologame content without our express written permission. This includes scraping odds data, downloading game assets, or republishing any portion of the gologame website. Violations of intellectual property rights will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gologame's liability to you in connection with the platform and these Terms is limited as follows:

• gologame does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect access.
• gologame is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of gologame shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• gologame is not responsible for third-party services including payment processors, internet service providers, or mobile network operators. Any delays or failures in those services that affect your experience at gologame are outside our control and liability.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes gologame's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable law.

13 Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. You may close your gologame account by contacting our support team. gologame will process any remaining verified balance to your registered payment method following completion of standard verification checks.

gologame reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to provide requested identity or payment verification documents within the stated timeframe.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (12 months or more) with a zero or negligible balance.
• Any other circumstance where gologame determines that continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users.

Where an account is closed by gologame due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms the breach, the balance may be forfeited in part or in full.

14 Amendments to These Terms

gologame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered account holders via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a prominent notice on the platform, providing at least 14 days' notice before the changes take effect.

If you continue to use gologame after the effective date of a change to these Terms, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, along with the date of the most recent update.
